The switch is smaller than you think

Common questions

Do I keep my phone numbers?

Yes, and we don't port them until everything works. Your phones arrive first with a temporary number for live testing, and most clients forward their existing number to it during the transition. Once you're happy, we complete the port and handle all the paperwork with your current provider. Your callers never notice the switch.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Calls can fail over to the mobile app instantly, and with optional cellular backup your desk phones stay online too, because a router switches to a built-in SIM automatically.

Do I need special phones or technical skills?

Neither. We ship phones matched to your setup, typically Wi-Fi compatible models, already configured with your extensions and routing. They provision themselves automatically the moment they come online, so setup is unbox, plug in or join Wi-Fi, and start taking calls. You can also bring your own standard IP phones and we'll configure them remotely.

Is there a contract?
